Guardians of the Graves
Photographing of these particular images began after visiting a local cemetery in the spring of 2009. I was taken aback by the faces of some of the early statuary and the emotions eminating from them. Sorrow, resolution, prayerfulness, thoughtfulness are evident. I call this group of images “Guardians of the Graves”. Some of these images are also available as Gold Toned Salt Prints.
